I recently placed an order for an iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB, but I would like to change it to the 512GB version instead.

@Kawsar1  You will need to call Sky to cancel the old order if it hasn't already been despatched, then order the correct one, which involves a new credit check.

 

If the phone has been despatched but not delivered you can refuse delivery and it will be returned to Sky.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

If you haven't go the phone you will need to call Sky to get them to cancel it and to order you this other one. Doing so will see you being credit checked again.
