last month i was able to change my data plan to 40 GB now i am unable to chnage it to 40 GB

40GB is no longer available- you can only choose from what's offered on your account.

50GB appears to be the current option.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

The available data amounts and prices do seem to change quite frequently. The current price tariff came into effect on the 18th June
