cannot sign credit agreement

I placed an order with sky mobile for a tablet, but cannot sign credit agreement.

 

Website and mysky app both keep redirecting to a page that says "Please ask the account owner to sign the CCA" even though i am signed in as the account owner.  I've gone through the process to "link" accounts and it tells me everything is linked already.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
