cancel mobile contract

Hi, i need help cancelling my parnters contract that has come to an end but hes not able to login to cancel it. sky is taking £25 every month which needs to stop

Hi @mnab  to cancel a contract you/he needs to call sky, can't be done online, call on 150 from his phone.

If you partner has finished paying for a device then the sim part doesn't end unless you can cel it or transfer the number to a different network.

You need to report the phone to Sky as lost if you are unable to track it online so they can put a block on it for you. You can also cancel the sim if you have had this for 12 months or more.

@mnab Loosing the phone doesn't mean you can just stop paying for it, you are still liable for the full costs of the credit agreement.
