cancel dead persons sim card

i  have tried canceling margarets sim card 3 times and i am syill paying it    she died in 2023

@kathyed 

In that case as you've had the sim for over 12 months Sky should be able to cancel it if you call them when the lines reopen later. Just dial 150 from your Sky mobile.
