If you've lost your watch then you can claim on your insurance (if you have any).

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Hi @Tahliarose123  not sure what you mean ? You still have to continue with payments for any lost or stolen device. If you want a new one you have to order one, sky won't provide a free one. You may be able to claim off your insurance if you have any ?
