Hi my phone often loses coverage and there is no internet because of it, something is broken phone is Samsung s23 fe 5g

Find out more@Stanislaw+Zieziul If you believe the phone is faulty or broken and you bought it from Sky you need to return it for repair https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-mobile-phone-or-tablet-repairs be aware though if it is out of warranty(you've had it more than 12 months) then you will have to pay for any repairs that are needed.
Alternatively you could try a replacement sim to see if that helps https://www.sky.com/help/articles/replacement-sim-sky-mobile
