PAC code not working
I have my PAC code to sky on Thursday morning 08/08/2024. I am still waiting today for this to fully port. I cannot receive calls or texts, I have rang everyday since the 09/08/2024 as Sky emailed saying it would be the 09/08/2024 that the port would be completed.
The advisors on the phone cannot help keep telling me it will be working tomorrow morning and it is not. Can anyone advise please?

All you can do is to put in a complaint because as customers here there is nothing we can suggest to speed this up:
