billing

My normal payment is £28.33 but new payment are going to be £31.11 how come?

Look at the breakdown of your bill to see what these extra charges are for. Any roaming, any non inclusive calls made, any mms messages sent? You may have also received an email regarding call and rate changes for any calls or charges on or after 14 February 2025.
