My phone bill use to be 47 then for some reason it got changed to £61?? and i don't know why. that is too much for me to be paying everymonth and especially now it's gone up to £64 a month it is ridiculous and i regret going with sky now.

The £47 to £61 increase suggests you have had a discount on your sim which has now ended and the rise to £64 could be due to the annual price rise in April as we should be sent emails and letters about this over the coming weeks.

You can view your bill via the MySky app so you can see both your latest bill and previous ones.

Hi @Madisonx  there has recently been announced an annual price rise with sky so it could be this ? You also may have had an offer ending, look at previous bills to compare.
