i have tranferred from EE and my phone was operating on previous network, i have been notified by sky that my number which has been transferred from EE is now on the Sky network however i am unable to maker calls other than wifi ones. I cannot transfer information from old phone as sim is no longer recognised and i do not have a QR code. please help!

Login to My Sky try download the sim.
from eSIM options page.
