My swap upgrade free chromebook

I recently upgraded mine and my wifes samsung z flip 4 to the z flip7. the deal included a free chromebook. i have not received these yet and i dont know how to claim them. i cannot see any mention of them in my contract or any correspondance with sky.

It would have been a promotion by Samsung and you had to claim directly from them.  The link was on the device page when you ordered.

Someone should post the claim link assuming the offer is still available.

You should be able to use the credit agreement number without the letters as the invoice number when asked for this. You might also be able to use your Sky account number.

Samsung will send this within 45 days of the claim being validated.
