account already linked

hi i ordered a new phone and ESim but when i tried to activate the sim it said account already linked.

 

i do have a separate sim only contract too

The error could be related to this if this sim is on a different account so do your new phone and esim appear on this account ?

no i can only see my broadband and talk, no other prducts
