I have received my new phone but no SIM card.

Hi @Vic43 sims usually come with the phone. Sometimes they come separately by Royal Mail. Unfortunately no one can tell you when a sim will arrive. If it doesn't arrive early next week I would order a new one at Sky.com. If they both arrive only activate one.

Do you already have a sim from another Sky phone because you can use that if you want.
