Re: a missing category in Settings
i have always checked my data usage in Network, now I cannot. It vanished overnight.I rolled over 2gb data from my piggybank on 28th June , 4 days later I got a text saying i was nearly out of data. Thats why I wanted to check. I couldnt, so I rang Sky. Message was an error/glitch, i had plenty of data left.

Re: a missing category in Settings
Is this any good @6seaholly42
To check your data usage on a Samsung Galaxy A50, navigate to Settings > Connections > Data usage > Mobile data usage. This will show you the total data used and the usage breakdown by individual apps.

Re: a missing category in Settings
Thank you, that will work fine. However, on the same day, in my email account, I now have 2 identical Sent folders and 2 Archive folders. Also my Junk folder, which used to be with the Inbox, Sent and Archive folders is now tucked away with my correspondence folders in alphabetical J order. I have no idea how to move them?

Re: a missing category in Settings
the email folders on my laptop and mobile used to be synched. Now they are not. I know how to delete folders on my laptop but not how to delete from my phone. When I try to highlight it, it just opens. I guess I can live with it, just remember that my junk folder is tucked away in the midst of my personal correspondence folders. the duplicated folders do not appear on my laptop ie only once and I don't want to lose them completely.
Thank you for yor help and support.
