Zero reception

Sold a 5G phone but 5G is apparently not in this area. I cannot make calls or receive without the conversation breaking up and cutting out. Situation is untenable now had enough.

If 5G isn't available then your phone should connect to 4G instead so is it not doing this ?

In the settings it says 

5G/LTE/3G/2G auto connect then has a tick next to it but at top of screen it just shows the WiFi signal then the mobile signal strength
