Hi all,
I Pre-ordered the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 a few days ago and I was told that the device will be dispatched today upon ordering the phone. I haven't received any emails from DPD nor was I able to speak to anyone with regards to this. I am aware there's a global crisis but I will not be around to collect my device after Tuesday as I am away on holiday.
Any idea when I will have my device?

After the credit checks have been completed the most up to date information on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order
When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.
We have no insight into the timescales.

Thank you Daniel, any idea how long a credit check would take? My wife ordered a phone a few months ago and she was approved immediately.

I am having exact same issue, all checks completed and Online account still says due for delivery 20th July, I have recieved the accessories and no phone, no one at sky seems able or willing to help.

Its been four weeks for me and they are telling me Samsung dont have the device in stock. Sky mobile is a joke I tell you. They still dont know when I will get the device and they call me a VIP customer when they dont even bother to call me back.

I still haven't got the case, I called them a few times and each time they told me a different answer. They tried telling me I have to claim it from Samsung. I called Samsung and they confirmed that's not the case. No pun intended.
Even before the case it took them so long to find out when ill even get the phone.
I wish they would just deliver the case.
