Z fold 6

Had a z fold 6 on contract a few weeks ago middle screen went funny after a few days sent it back as was still within 30 days. Now the model is discontinued so can't get a replacement. I've now been a few weeks without a tidy phone, still not had my money back either, when will I be able to get a new one please.

Why?  they can't help, they got me to return the phone saying once they've refunded my money I can start a new contract. The whole process has taken weeks, left me with no phone and down a hundred quid. Now they've discontinued the model so I can't get it at all. I'm leaving, cancelling everything and going to virgin. [Removed] sky  I'm getting my z fold 6 elsewhere

I had a problem with my ZFold5.

 

I went straight to Samsung who fixed it under warantee. (They only asked for the serial number which I got from Sky.) They collected it from me at home, took it away, fixed it and brought it back. Took a couple of days.

 

Perhaps try that?

I know your only trying to help but you might wanna read properly first. How am I supposed to try returning a phone to samsung that sky got me to return a few weeks ago (as it was well within 30 days), having broke after 3 days, canceled contract and now discontinued that model. Why should I get a phone fixed that shouldn't have broke that quick when phone should be replaced with a brand new one that does work. Was told couldn't get another one on contract straight away had to cancel the first in order to get a new contract and now can no longer get the model I wanted. Would have to wait weeks now for the z fold 7 to be released which I don't want at all as not been out long enough so like most things now will be riddled with bugs on release
