Your account has already been linked
Trying to activate my sim received today and PAC code my old number across and I am met with the screen stating "Your account has already been linked" I can't get passed this screen.

You could try this:
A way to check which Sky ID's a linked to an account is by clicking the "forgotten username" link when signing in and it will show you all the emails/sky ID's associated with your account.

I have tried to sign in on 3 seperate accounts. None of worked. I have tried to sign in on the account where i have emails confirming the order and the tracking of the parcel etc. and no luck.

Sorry, the "Mafuh" account above was one of the multiple accounts i've been trying to log in and out of. So that was me posting.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this. The invite will be sent to your @jhenshaw8 account.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
