Transfer to Vodafone has been cancelled by them and I am cut off !

I got my PAC code from Sky and was going through the process to change providers but the process was cancelled by Vodafone. They are now saying that my number is back with SKY but I can't see it and I am stuck without a phone and I can't get passed your chat bot. 

Please can someone help me urgently !

I think your first port of call is Vodaphone.

I presume you've been allocated a new number with them that works?

Unfortunately not. they cancelled the whole order so I never recieved any number. 

I spoke to them and they have advised that the number would not have transferred
