Yup.  But at likely huge cost.

The residual value at 31 days will not cover the outstanding credit.  The idea your usual swap window is where the residual value of the phone is close to the outstanding balance.

As noted, you'd have paid almost nothing off the phone balance and seriously reduced the value of the hardware you are trying to trade in just by using it, so overall it's likely to be a very poor deal.
