About a swap

Recently swapped my phone. My next estimated bill says I’ll still be paying for my old device. Will This change when I send my old device back

It should change once your returned device has been received, processed and its value determined.

Which can take several weeks - any payments you make against your old phone simply reduce your balance (and is not lost)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
