Wrong phone received

I have just received my new phone but it isn't the one I ordered I received s24 and not s24 ultra + what should I do now

You will need to call Sky if you don't want to keep it so they can investigate why this has happened and this does usually take a few weeks. 150 is the number to call them on from a Sky phone.
