Wrong number

 I have just received my new phone. But it has the wrong number on it. I have my pac code. How do I change the number.

Try refreshing the network settings so go Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Then go to Settings - Phone - My Number and change it if it is wrong, then reboot the phone. You will need to set up your Wifi connection again.

Thank you. I maybe didn't explain properly. So the pac code I gave sky when I ordered the phone had to be changed by my last supplier EE. So I have a new pac code that needs to be updated so it has my old number. Thank you for answering

If you have a pac code then to move your number from EE to Sky you need to give this to Sky so you can either call them on 150 or see if you can do this via your online account here:
