No network on personal number

I have iPhone 16plus I came to sky mobile just before Christmas. For some reason it has two phone numbers a personal one (my previous) and a secondary. Don't really understand why?.

when I try to call via my personal number call fails. Went to settings shows personal network not available. Secondary network is sky. I have to make calls via secondary number. Don't need this secondary number. Can anyone help would like to be able to call using personal number.

It is an Apple thing.

See if you can disable the secondary number by doing this:
