Wrong iPhone received

I ordered a new iphone 15 pro max from Sky. i recived a delivery on the 25th October and on opening saw that i had been sent an Iphone 14 pro max. 

As soon as I opened the package on the 25th October,  I contacted Sky to inform them of the error. I was told a member of the investigation team would contact me within 24 hours
26th October- I contacted Sky again as the investigation team had not been in touch. I was told I was scheduled on a call list for the 27th 
27th October- No phone call from the investigation team so I again contacted Sky to raise my concern at the time it was taking to contact me. Again I was told I would be contacted within 24 hours 
28th October- No phone call and another 60minute plus phonecall to Sky, being passed from department to department none of which could help. I was told I just needed to wait.
 
30th October- First conversation with investigations team who requested photos (sent and received)on that call I was informed that the outcome of the investigation would determine what action would be taken- Advised that Sky might not be able to do anything about the issue. 
 
1st November- Contacted Sky again but no one at Sky can get  in contact with the investigations team and told just to wait.
 
2nd November still no call.
 
Sky are more than happy to charge me for iphone 15 knowing I dont have it.
 
Frustrated isnt the word. I am constantly told I am on a list to be called they even give me the date the call is scheduled and nothing happens. Has anyone else experienced this who could advise how I can escalate this.

These investigations do take time but there is no excuse for not keeping you updated so I would register an official complaint by filling in the form here:

Update: Sky have ruled they believe the correct phone was delivered... It clearly wasnt. This will be going to the Ombudsman and a solicitor. Disgusting treatment by Sky Mobile

Awareness- The iphone 14 pro max that I receivedfake iphone 10.jpgfake iphone 5.jpgfake iphone 5.jpgfake iphone 6.jpgfake iphone 2.pngfake iphone 3.jpg is actually fake and not a genuine. Its running android software

@lee+loose  That doesn't look like an android software as it most certainly won't have the apple app store on ot if it were.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

man at least you received the phone. When i received the parcel there were no phone in the box!!!

You if you have received an empty box then you need to report this to Sky as there have been reports of this happening across all networks so not just Sky so needs to be investigated which will take time I'm afraid.
