Hi, I just brought a 10GB sim for my daughter, on offer at the moment for double data so should be 20GB. However when I check her data on my phone through my sky it only comes up as 6.8GB which is obviously wrong. It's a lot less!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThis is due to pro rata billing so when the sim is activated what you get is based on the number of days it resets which is your next billing date. When it does reset you will get the full allowance each month.
