IP address says I’m abroad, I’m not!

When online I'm getting bounced from sites as they say my 'IP address appears to be abroad', I'm not! Why is it saying this and how do I swap it to a uk based one?

Either Wi-Fi (Sky home hub) or on 3/4/5G networks!?
