Bill increase

My bill has increased without explanation. 

it says £14 for this months bill however it was £13 for the previous months?

I am also confused as to why it has iPhone 11 and iPhone 14 pro max? I only have one phone and haven't had my iPhone 11 since I upgraded??

If you returned your iPhone 11 a while back then it does remain in the account for around 150 days.

 

Regarding the £1 increase, could this be for the data package as per an offer that was on it has now ended.
