Wrong Phone Number.

We ordered 2 phones back in October and used the pac code to bring the numbers over after 24hrs both our phones worked with the ported number. We can receive calls and texts via our ported number but the new phone number that's applied to a sim when registering if we text or call someone back it's not the ported number. It used the new sky assigned number.. I tried ringing support was told it was fixed when I tested it it wasn't fixed was promised a call back but that never happened. What can I do. Regards

Have you checked that your phones are now showing the correct number in the settings because if it is wrong and is showing the one that came with the sim then it will need updating to the correct ones.

@caesarome Yes in the phone settings the phone numbers are the numbers we ported. But it still uses the new sky number for anything outbound. What's most annoying is the people that get the calls and text don't reply or answer because of not knowing the strange number. Thanks for your reply. Regards

On both have you tried refreshing the network settings ?

Yes tried all that and a lot more would be nice to actually get support from sky.

You'll need to persevere in calling them I'm afraid.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
