Wrong Phone Number

I recently got a new phone and transferred my number from O2 to Sky. I got the pac code and set everything up - all seemed to be working fine. I then went onto my old device and reset it so I could sell it, the number on my new device has now changed. I can't figure out how to change this back to my old number - any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Charlotte_x  if this is an iPhone then go to settings, phone, my number and check the correct number is stored there. If not the change it save, exit and restart your phone. It can sometimes take a few attempts to save.
