Won’t accept card details for mobile parental control change

Won’t accept card details for mobile parental control change Even though it's the same details that pays the bill!?

Already checked that card and account details all match, addresses, emails etc..

 

Any other tips?

Only a credit card will suffice (not a debit card). You can borrow a credit card if you haven't got one yourself, it doesn't have to be yours. The only other way is if you have signed a credit agreement with Sky, then they will already know you are 18 or over so if you call them on 150 they can deactivate this for you.
