i have paid off my mobile contract last year and was just wondering if the phone is now unlocked to any network o

Sky's mobiles are not network locked.  (Even before you finish paying for it)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

All mobiles provided by Sky are unlocked to any network from the minute you get it.
