I have just upgraded my phone from Android 15 to 16.
Now I am not receiving calls with a ring tone (I can dial out), the caller comes up as unknown even though they are in my contacts and the caller receives the message that I am not available. It is as if the Sim is not recognised. Of course the help on Sky is non-existant.
