Why is Apple 5 still on my account

I need to swop my galaxy tablet for a phone no one has ever used the galaxy tablet ever and I need to swop it for a phone it's saying technical problems for days now ? Ans also why is Apple I phone 5 still on my account that' went like 5 years ago can you remove it as it won't allow me to have another phone as it's saying I used my limit if you remove the Apple 5 which hasn't not been used for 5 years I think it will allow me to make another purchase

Why is the Apple iPhone 5 still on my account can you remove it as it's stopping me purchasing another phone

We're just fellow customers here so can't remove anything from your account. In any case I'm sure the phone cannot be removed from your account so the general suggestion is to phone up & order that way.

Hi @Shez1  only devices returned to sky as a swap or a return will drop off your account. That can take several months. If you didn't return it to sky it can't be removed. It shouldn't affect you placing any new orders, if it's saying you are at the maximum number of devices then call sky on 150 for help placing the new order.
