Why cant i get a straight answer whem my new mobile will be delivered

2 weeks to Christmas and can't get a straight answer to them my new mobile will be delivered it's a Christmas present  also what phone number for customer service  is available

As we’re customers here we have no insight into stock levels or delivery timescales.

If you have ordered a latest model iPhone 17 delays are always likely due to the usual supply and demand issues faced by Apple. This happens every year when a new iPhone is launched.

After credit checks have been completed the most up to date information on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

 

If you don't know the number to call who hasnt given you a straight answer?
