This message was authored by: MarkLL46 · ‎13 Oct 2026

Im trying to dial an 08000 number at system says "sorry, you have dialed an invalid number".

i had the same answer earlier today when dialing an 07624 number, yet could WhatsApp that number and got a quick reply!

Hi @MarkLL46 are you sure it shouldn't be 0800 not 08000 ?

Yes, it starts 0800 but continues with a further 0

If it's a company see if there's a geographic alternative - https://www.saynoto0870.com

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
