Where’s the link for ear pods with purchase

I've ordered a new Samsung this morning offer was free ear pods which a link was needed the link sent is incorrect , all I need to know is do I have to wait till I've got new phone to apply? Or can they send correct link

I presume you ordered the FE model as this link explains that the earbuds are sent automatically:

For the Watch7 you need to use the supplied link to put in your claim.

Which model, exactly?

 

If it's the S25 FE 5G then the buds are 'included':

  1. Purchase a Samsung Galaxy S25 FE between 4th September and 1st October 2025 and receive a pair of Galaxy Buds3 FE worth £129 included with your order.

  2. The Buds3 FE will appear in your order confirmation at no extra cost. They will not appear in your basket.

  3. The Buds3 FE will be dispatched within 30 days of receiving your new device.
