Roaming issues

I am in Australia, my wife has a second sim on my account and she did not get the roaming text. Since we arrived she has got SOS permanently on her phone. We have tried all the on line help methods without any luck. When we try and phone the sky helpdesk from my phone the line is so bad we can not hear what is being said. Any help would be appreciated as my wife really needs to use roaming.

Thanks for this but we have tried everything on the online help. Nothing has worked and we can't get through to speak to anyone, the email doesn't receive anymore and the online chat is closed. The ChatBot just takes us round in circles. Really frustrating.
