What do I do

I ordered the 17 pro and want to change to the pro max , my product currently says it is in dispatch and I called sky but it was difficult as i was sent to another agent and had to say my details again and they tried to give me a deal on the 17 pro

You have two options, either try again with Sky to get the order cancelled if it isn't to late or refuse delivery when it turns up so it is returned to Sky.

It's worth bearing in mind that cancelling/changing the order will result in further credit checks.
