Dpd delivey

How do I speak to a real person about a phone that hasn't been delivered, can't get anywhere with DPD or SKY

Can you tell us the details about this so did DPD give you a one hour delivery slot and provide you with a picture to show the delivery ?

Still not received the 1 hour delivery slot, was supposed to be delivered last Saturday then again yesterday still nothing other than 'delayed due to an unexpected issue in your area'

So what you are saying is that DPD have it but as you are seeing a "delayed due to an unexpected issue in your area" message they are yet to deliver it ?

Correct, their online chat says contact Sky, Sky online chat says contact Dpd but unable to get anywhere movement on it and can't speak to an advisor only automated rubbish

All calls will start automated (aka 'the bot') which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and sometimes saying nothing when asked the reason for the call helps being put in the queue for an agent.
