We are still activating your sim.

Hi I was wondering if anyone could help me out please.

 

I received my new mobile from sky on Saturday 13th and tried activating my sim on Monday 16th, it said they were working on it and would email me when this was done, a few hours later received an email to say there was delay with my sim activation and they apologise for the inconvenience. We're now onto Thursday 18th and it still says they are still activating my sim each time I go onto the app to check or try to activate. I'm at a loss what to do as don't want to be paying for a phone I wont be able to use 😔

You will either have to call Sky if you are able to from another phone or use the social media links at the bottom of this page to get in touch with them about this.
