E sim activation

I ordered an e sim which is showing on my account. When I added my email address it missed out a letter, so I did not receive the confirmation email. I spoke to sky who said the sim has been activated but it has not been assigned to the phone as it asks for the confirmation number.

 

is there anyway to get the confirmation ode sent to the correct email?
