Waiting on my new I phone 16

I ordered an I phone 16 a week ago and no delivery as yet but more frustrating is cannot speak to anyone regarding getting an estimation of delivery.

Due to Apple launching the iPhone 17 this week stock of older models like last years iPhone 16 is limited apparently across all retailers so there might be a wait so the latest on your order should be found here:

Hi. 

Thank you for replying so quickly. When I look at the tracker it just says coming soon!!! It's so frustrating that sky can't give me a date or the ability to talk to someone
