To listen to your voicemail or return call (call back) feature different charges apply, depending on your plan.
Unlimited Calls and Texts – voicemail calls or return calls are included.
Pay As You Use – standard usage charges apply.
Using voicemail abroad (all plans) – when calling from outside of the UK, roaming call charges to UK landlines apply, unless you're using Roaming Passport Plus, then you'll be charged the same rate as you would in the UK.
