Yes, this is exactly what I'm getting but I don't want to switch off my voicemail. It's only started in the last few weeks, never did it before.

I am having the same problem, I have tried all the previous suggested fixes, I turned off live voicemal, left myself a message and deleted it, cleared network settings and still cannot get rid of the notification, it is driving me batty

I have tried all of these things and nothing is working, I still have the notification, has anyone done all of these and found another fix?

Voicemail icon won't disappear

My voicemail icon has come on saying I have a voicemail, but when I check, I haven't missed a call and I have no new voicemail. I've reset the cache, left myself a voicemail, turned my phone off and on again and it still won't go. How do I get rid of it without turning my notifications off?

Hi @St3phC  check if your phone has visual voicemail activated as it may be a notification for that.

Yes exactly the same here, its so annoying. I might try to phone them tomorrow and ask how to stop it.

Disappearing voicemail

For the past week about 3 times a day I keep getting notifications on my Samsung mobile saying I have new voicemail, and everytime i go to my voicemail messages I am told I have no new messages. I have deleted all my aved messages but I still get the notifications. I have a Samsung S24 FE if that is of any use?

I thought this was just my phone doing it due to signal issues, so i am glad to hear I'm not the only one. 

Has anyone figured a way to stop it? I'm getting told pretty much every hour that I've got six voicemails but obviously when I call there's none.

Hi No haven't found a way to stop it yet. Going to try to call them this week to see if they can tell me what to do. It's very annoying.

I have the opposite problem my phone keeps telling me I have messages but there aren't any. I've deleted all saved messages and even cleared cache but no luck.

False voicemail notifications

Hi 

Last week I had 2 voicemails left and after listening to both I deleted them.

Since then I keep getting "you have 2 new voicemail" notifications 3-4 times a day of course when I go to my voicemail it confirms I dont have any saved voicemails as I had deleted them so how can I fix this bearing in mind ive already turned voicemail notifications off and then back on and that hasn't  fixed it. thanks in advance for any assistance

Hi, I've been having the same problem. I called them on Friday, they insisted it's a phone problem and not a problem with them. I'm using a Samsung phone but my husband has an I phone but has no such problems. Is the problem just with Samsung maybe?
