Hi. Got a problem with a Motorola G22. Voicemail was working fine until a couple of months back. Voicemail is still switched on, as is the voicemail message, but callers get an automated message now that says,"This person's phone is unavailable. Please try again later or send a text".

Any ideas?

Have you tried setting voicemail so people can't leave you any messages so in affect turn it off then back on again:

Dial 759.
Press 3.
Press 5.
Press 1.

Hi.

No, haven't resolved it. Have tried resetting phone and voicemail settings (turning voicemail off/on) but with no success. Going to have to try the Sky support team 😕
