Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTo get you some help with a refund I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

So how much will the refund be? And if I do get the refund I will not have anything to pay untill my ext monthly bill which will be September cause I already payed it yesterday

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you want the full £207 refunded then tell them this on the chat.
You shouldn't be making manual payments as Sky should be taking it automatically from you each month so to check what is happening with your September bill you will need to look at that bill via the app or online here:

It just says estimated total -103.66

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThat is because the credit you have built up would be used against it but if you want the credit refunded then that bill will have to be paid as usual. You will need to ask the messaging team about this when they contact you via the chat bubble.
