Voice mail delay

I want to extend the delay time to 30 seconds for incoming calls before voicemail starts. I have contacted your agent and he gave me: **61*321**30# and it gave "invalid MMI code". I googled it and got: **61*759*11*30# and got same response

Thanks for your reply. Your code gave a more positive response, but when I put 30 seconds in the code and tested the delay it was only 16 seconds.
