Terrible customer service

I purchased phone in early Nov it was to arrive with earbuds as part of the prive i paid. After numerous call i recieved them in jan. They do not work properly and the difficulty to get someone to deal with this within sky is terrible. I have never recieved such bad customer care from any company in my 45 years. No one has called me back and i am now dealing with a guy (Colum) by email and it takes him a qeek to reply. Every reply is a generic im so sorry but still nothing has been resolved. I just want my money back for the item as it is impossible to get agent to arrange a replacement.

Hi @Knocknacarra123  those promotions are normally from the phone manufacturer (eg Samsung or Google). You should contact them as they supplied free gift.
